1、 How to calculate the cooling capacity of a cold storage unit

1. The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of a high-temperature activity cold storage unit is usually: cold storage volume x 90 x 1.16+positive deviation. The positive deviation is determined based on the condensation temperature, storage volume, and frequency of goods entering and leaving the warehouse of frozen or refrigerated items, ranging from 100-400w.

2. The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of a medium temperature active cold storage unit is: cold storage volume × 95 × 1.16+positive deviation, with a range of positive deviation between 200-600w.

3. The formula for calculating the cooling capacity of a low-temperature active cold storage unit is: cold storage volume x 110 x 1.2+positive deviation, with a range of positive deviation between 300-800w.

2、 How to collect fluoride in cold storage units

Fluorine, as a refrigerant, can be used in cold storage units. So how do cold storage units collect fluorine?

The method for collecting fluorine in a cold storage unit is to close the outlet valve under the condenser or the accumulator, start the machine and run it until the low pressure stabilizes below 0. When the low pressure return pipe rises to room temperature, close the exhaust valve of the compressor and stop it, and then close the suction valve of the compressor.

If the fluorine outlet of the condenser is equipped with an angle valve and there is an exhaust valve copy on the compressor, the angle valve can be closed first, and then the compressor can be turned on and run until the low pressure value approaches 0, and then the exhaust valve can be closed and the compressor can be stopped. This way, the fluorine will be recovered and stored in the condenser.

If the fluorine of the whole machine needs to be recovered and stored externally, a set of fluorine recovery machine and a fluorine storage tank should be prepared, and the recovery machine should be used to suck and compress the fluorine into the fluorine storage tank.
